A big congratulations to Orlando’s restaurant scene this evening as The MICHELIN Guide announced their 2025 Florida Selections at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at the Walt Disney World Resort!
In total, 31 restaurants were awarded Stars by the Michelin Guide in Florida, with Chef William Shen’s Sorekara in Orlando being the newest Two MICHELIN Starred restaurant in Florida, one of only two in the state.
Chef Ryan Ratino’s Omo by Jont was awarded One MICHELIN Star, the newest One Michelin Starred Restaurant to join the list from Orlando.
Austin Joseph of Sorekara also won the Michelin Guide Outstanding Service Award. Several new Orlando restaurants joined the list for the Michelin Bib Gourmand award including: Banh Mi Boy, Coro, Palm Beach Meats, Smokemade Meats + Eats, and Unigirl, joining Bombay Street Kitchen, Z Asian, Isaan Zaap, Norigami, Otto’s High Dive,The Strand, Taste of Chengdu, Sushi Saint, Zaru, and The Ravenous Pig this year.
Kaya retained its Green Michelin Star for sustainability, and Camille, Capa, Kadence, Natsu, Papa Llama, Victoria and Albert’s, and Soseki all retained their One Michelin Star.
A lot of new Orlando restaurants were also listed on the Michelin Guide Recommended List – The full selection, including Bib Gourmands and recommended restaurants, totals 172 eateries spanning 39 cuisine types.
