New in Orlando! Michelin Guide recommended Sear + Sea’s debuts new exclusive seven-course Chef’s Fireside Tasting and Wine Pairing at Sear + Sea Woodfire Grill – an intimate, chef-guided journey through the flavors of fire and finesse.

Hosted directly in front of their woodfire grill, this immersive dining experience begins before the restaurant opens, offering a rare behind-the-scenes look at their culinary craft.

The menu by Chef Jobin Thomas is inspired by Southern , Japanese, Indian, and French techniques, with standouts like braised gator okonomiyaki, torched A5 Wagyu, and Alaskan King Crab in koji butter, each expertly paired with world class wines.

From playful starters like the yogurt chatt amuse to elegant finishes like deconstructed strawberry cheesecake, this menu was truly one of the best chef’s tastings I have ever had in Orlando.

Chef Thomas recently came to Orlando from TOCA, the acclaimed restaurant within The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto where he worked closely with consulting Michelin-star Chef Oliver Glowig and Executive Chef Paul Shewchuk while moving his way up to the position of Restaurant Chef.
