Jacksonville’s Filipino Bakery – The Baker’s Son by Valerio’s is set to open soon in Central Florida.
Founded with a passion for authentic Filipino breads and pastries, the brand serves Filipino-American favorites such as purple ube ensaymada pastries and buko pies.
The Baker’s Son has signed a lease for a new soon-to-open outpost in Kissimmee, located at 4797 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Suite A, Kissimmee, FL 34746.

Their ensaymada pillows are pillowy brioche brushed with butter, dusted with sugar, and topped with cheese. The pianono roll cakes are sponge rolls filled with creamy flavored fillings and available in variants like classic buttercream, ube, mocha, pandan, and red velvet.
