Chef Yasuyuki Shimada recently re-joined the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport (MCO) as McCoy’s new Sushi Chef bringing over 45 years of cooking and sushi expertise. Sushi by Chef Shimada is also available for those dining in at Hemisphere upstairs.
You may recall Chef Shimada from a few other local places over the 20+ years he has been cooking here in Orlando.
Chef Shimada’s passion for cooking extends beyond his professional life. In his free time, he enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, but he also loves being out and about and riding his Indian motorcycle and working out.
