MORIMOTO ASIA CELEBRATES 10 YEARS AT DISNEY SPRINGS WITH ANNIVERSARY EVENT AND DEBUT OF NEW PASSPORT PROGRAM
The restaurant launches “Passport to Morimoto Asia,” offering prizes like chef meet & greets and curated trips
(Orlando, FL) September 10, 2025 – Morimoto Asia, the iconic Pan-Asian restaurant by Iron Chef, Masaharu Morimoto, in collaboration with the Patina Group, is thrilled to announce its 10th anniversary at Disney Springs® The Landing at Walt Disney World® Resort.
Over the past ten years, Morimoto Asia has welcomed millions of guests from around the globe, earning a reputation for excellence in culinary innovation and hospitality.
“For 10 years, it has been a great pleasure to share my food and vision with guests at Disney Springs,” said Chef Masaharu Morimoto. “This journey continues because of my team’s passion and dedication, and they inspire me every day. I look forward to the next 10 years, bringing new ideas and flavors to everyone who visits.”
To celebrate this milestone, the restaurant is introducing a year-long “Passport to Morimoto Asia” program. Starting on Oct. 1, 2025, the initiative will showcase a different pan-Asian country each month with a featured dish and cocktail, inviting guests to collect stamps in a custom-designed passport as they explore new flavors throughout the year.
To participate, guests will receive their passport upon ordering and are encouraged to bring it back throughout the year so they can earn their stamps.
Guests who collect all 24 unique stamps will be awarded a weekend getaway to Boston, featuring an event at TD Garden, dinner for two and a complimentary hotel stay.
Those who collect 12 stamps will receive an invitation to an exclusive reception at Morimoto Asia, hosted by Chef Morimoto himself. The schedule of offerings is as follows:
- October – Japan: Okinawa Soba + Awamori Sour
- November – Korea: Sundubu Jjigae + Soju & “Sprite”
- December – Thailand: Pad Thai + Reconstructed Thai Tea
- January – Vietnam: A-5 Wagyu Pho + Jackfruit Mojito
- February – Mongolia: Khuushuur + Mongolian Milk Tea
- March – Singapore: Singapore Chicken Rice + Rhubarb Singapore Sling
- April – Malaysia: Kapitan Chicken w/Coconut Rice + Tamarind Margarita
- May – Philippines: Adobo Tacos + Pandan Espresso Martini
- June – Taiwan: Lu Rou Fan + Baijiu Bijou
- July – India: Chicken 65 + Porter Flip
- August – Indonesia: Nasi Goreng + Coco-Kece
- September – China: Dongpo Pork + Pomelo Paloma

On Sept. 14, 2025, Morimoto Asia will kick off its year-long 10th anniversary celebration at Disney Springs with an unforgettable day of culinary artistry and entertainment. The celebration begins with a dazzling bluefin tuna carving ceremony presented by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto. Guests will also have the unique opportunity to enjoy Instagram-worthy meet-and-greets and sample Chef Morimoto’s acclaimed sake.
Following the festivities, attendees can indulge in tastings of signature dishes from Morimoto Asia’s inventive menu, including Peking Duck, ramen and takoyaki, paired with a curated selection of signature cocktails, beer and sake. With two seating times available and limited capacity, tickets start at $125+ per person or $650+ for a four-person booth that includes VIP experiences. Beyond its culinary achievements, Morimoto Asia is deeply committed to giving back to the community. With annual events like Ramen Rumble, a friendly ramen competition bringing together the local culinary community, benefiting Give Kids the World.
