Some of Central Florida’s most beloved chefs are teaming up for a special night of food, flavor, and community at The Kitchen House Fall Fête in College Park on Monday, October 27, 2025, from 6 to 9 p.m.
This annual dinner celebrates the power of garden-to-kitchen learning by supporting The Kitchen House, a nonprofit dedicated to teaching high-need students how to grow, cook, and enjoy real food. Guests will enjoy a multi-course meal prepared by a dream team of local culinary talent, including Chef Kevin Fonzo, Chef Lordfer Lalicon, Chef James Petrakis, Chef Julie Petrakis, Chef Fabrizio Schenardi, Chef Jamie McFadden, Chef Nikk Burton, and Chef Megan Amnott.
Each chef will create a course using ingredients harvested straight from The Kitchen House garden, all while working together in the open kitchen to present dishes throughout the evening. The event is spearheaded by Chef Kevin Fonzo, one of The Kitchen House’s founding chefs and a longtime advocate for food education in Orlando.
“The magic of The Kitchen House is seeing kids realize that real food is both delicious and doable,” said Fonzo. “We’re not just feeding people, we’re planting lifelong skills and confidence.”
The Fall Fête reflects the mission behind The Kitchen House, which provides immersive, hands-on food education for students and families across Central Florida. Through gardening, cooking, and classroom programs, participants gain essential life skills and learn how food choices impact personal and environmental health.
