One of Central Florida’s favorite culinary charity events is back! The 13th Annual Cows ’n Cabs returns to Winter Park’s West Meadow this November, bringing together top local chefs, great music, and an even greater cause.
What started in 2011 as a small community gathering has grown into one of the region’s premier food and wine events. Founded by Dave and Tina Larue along with John Rivers of 4 Rivers Smokehouse, Cows ’n Cabs has raised over one million dollars to support children and families in need across Central Florida.
This year’s festivities span two unforgettable nights:
Tacos ’n Tequila | Thursday, November 13 | 7–10 PM
Hosted by Top Chef alums Bryan and Michael Voltaggio, this kickoff event will feature creative tacos, handcrafted Mercado 28 tequila cocktails, and a lively atmosphere that’s always a crowd favorite.
Cows ’n Cabs | Saturday, November 15 | 7–10:30 PM
The main event takes over the West Meadow with culinary tastings from some of Central Florida’s best restaurants, including:
4 Rivers Smokehouse, Foxtail Coffee Co., The Ravenous Pig, Salt & The Cellar by Akira Back, Reyes Mezcaleria, Otto’s High Dive, Black Magic Pizza, Seito Sushi Baldwin Park, The Chapman Restaurant, 1921 Mount Dora, Superica Tex-Mex, Morimoto Asia, Smoke Made Meats, Red Panda Noodle, and June in Orlando.
And that’s just the beginning, with more restaurant announcements still to come. Guests will also enjoy a live performance by country artist Randy Houser, known for hits like “How Country Feels,” setting the perfect soundtrack for a night under the stars.
Beyond the food and fun, Cows ’n Cabs is all about giving back. Proceeds from both Cows ’n Cabs and Tacos ’n Tequila will benefit 4Roots, After-School All-Stars, and Winter Park Day Nursery, along with several other local charities that help children and families thrive across Central Florida.
“Every ticket, every sip, every bite adds up to make a real impact in our community,” says co-founder Tina Larue, who leads the event alongside Liz McGlamery.
