We attended an exclusive VIP pop-up event at Park Avenue Contemporary Art in Winter Park hosted by Bravo’s Top Chef Season 3 Winner Executive Chef Hung Huynh and the founders of the popular MILA in Miami Beach.  During the media event they announced that their sister restaurant AVA MediterrAegean will be opening in the former LUMA space on Park Avenue in January 2022.

Chef Hung’s international palette and background will allow him to create the most unique menu for AVA while staying true to the Cycladic culture.  The cuisine will highlight traditional & modern flavors from the Mediterranean & the Cycladic Islands infusing flavorful & colorful ingredients, techniques, philosophy & culture of healthy & balanced eating of these regions.
