To celebrate we dined at the hotel’s innovative and bold flagship restaurant & cocktail bar Salt & The Cellar By Akira Back by MICHELIN-star Chef Akira Back and it was a gastronomic delight! They offer a fusion of modern Asian and traditional Mediterranean cuisine that will appease even the most discriminating of palates.
Akira Back Tuna Pizza – Micro Shiso, White Truffle Oil. This was my favorite appetizer!
AB Wagyu Tacos – tomato ponzu, kochujang, micro cilantro
Grilled Eggplant – den miso, goma
Toban Filet Mignon 5oz – mushrooms, garlic butter, sesame nanban-zu. This was my favorite entrée!
Chilean Sea Bass – soy beurre blanc
Yuzu Curd – yuzu curd, sable crumble, strawberry gelato, tempura tuile
La Vie En Rose (mocktail) – Lychee & Mint Blended Juice, Dragonfruit Syrup, Lemon Juice
