Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen will once again host its Stone Crab Festival Brunch Buffet, featuring bottomless Stone Crab and more.
On Sunday, Oct. 27 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., guests can indulge on Stone Crab and other specialties to their heart’s content.
The star of the show, bottomless Florida Stone Crab, will be joined on the raw bar by fresh shucked oysters, poached Florida shrimp, smoked tuna dip, salmon ceviche and accompaniments with Four Flamingos’ iconic Floribbean twist, like coconut curry mustard.
Other highlights include a Picanha carving station, salt-baked tripletail, made-to-order ricotta pancakes, a noshing table, dessert bar and more. Unlimited sangria is also included for all guests over the age of 21.
