Palermo-born Chef Francesco Aiello, trained at the prestigious Istituto Alberghiero and brought his culinary expertise to Central Florida before opening his namesake restaurant, Francesco’s Ristorante & Pizzeria, in Maitland in 2012. As a hands-on chef-owner, he leads the open kitchen, personally plates dishes, and connects with guests, earning a loyal following and acclaim as one of the region’s top Italian chefs.
