On Saturday, July 27 from 4-7 p.m., Celebrity Chef Richard Blais will host the ultimate family-style picnic outside Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress.
Guests are invited to join Chef Blais for an exclusive pig roast unlike anything the Michelin-Recommended restaurant has done before. The event’s co-star, Puerto-Rican-style slow-roasted suckling pig, will be seasoned with a signature Four Flamingos Key Lime Mojo and accompanied by a house-made sauce bar. Also featured will be family-style Floribbean sides and a dessert bar.
Tickets are available for $65 per person (excluding taxes and fees), or $95 per person with unlimited beer and wine and can be purchased now on EventBrite.
Please note the event will take place outdoors on the Hydrangea Lawn near Four Flamingos. The event is separate from the restaurant’s regular dining hours on Saturday, July 27.
