Chef Michael Mina is an Egyptian-born, world-renowned, award-winning chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author. He is the founder of the Mina Group, a restaurant management company that oversees numerous restaurants worldwide. Chef Mina’s restaurants have garnered critical acclaim, including multiple MICHELIN stars and he has personally received numerous accolades such as three James Beard Awards including Rising Star Chef in 1997, Best California Chef in 2002, and Who’s Who of Food & Beverage in 2013.

Bourbon Steak Orlando, Chef Mina’s 10th location, officially opened on Saturday, July 26 at Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin resort inside the former Shula’s Steakhouse. The popular modern American steakhouse features premium beef, seafood infused with global flavors, handcrafted cocktails, and decadent desserts.

Instead of complimentary bread, Bourbon Steak Orlando offers a complimentary trio of duck fat fries with house-made dipping sauces as a welcome appetizer before every meal.
