STK, the steakhouse known for its trademark high-energy, Vibe Dining experience and being “not your Daddy’s steakhouse,” recently launched a new weekly dining special called MEAT Up Mondays.
This new and exciting weekly special will allow guests the opportunity to enjoy a delicious and decadent Surf & Turf dinner, featuring a 8oz Filet and 8oz Lobster Tail, for just $59.
This offer is available at STK steakhouses nationwide (excluding Las Vegas), every Monday from 5pm to 9pm.
We were invited to STK in Disney Springs to experience MEAT UP Monday and try some of their other popular dishes and we enjoyed everything we tried.
The complimentary STK bread rolls are perfect for sharing and pulling apart, topped with a dollop of bleu cheese butter sauce and served with pesto for dipping.
This was my favorite appetizer – the Lil Brgs made with wagyu beef, special sauce, sesame seed bun. These “little burgers” tasted like an elevated Big Mac and are a must order for all burger fans.
Grilled Octopus – crunchy bits of fried fingerling potatoes, spicy sweet Calabrian chilis, perfectly cooked tender yet crispy grilled octopus, and a brush of squid ink reduction as black as my soul. This was delicious!
Shaved Brussels Sprouts – apples, cranberries, sweet grass dairy gouda, marcona almonds. A really great salad.
Baby Gem Lettuce Caesar – herb croutons and parmesan reggiano. For those who prefer a simple yet delicious caesar salad.
Asparagus, Lobster Mac & Cheese, Sweet Corn Pudding
