IGC Hospitality, in partnership with the Meliá Orlando Celebration Hotel, is pleased to announce the official opening of The Wilson Cocktails & Seafood.

This is the second location of the brand originally located in New York City at INNSIDE by Meliá New York NoMad.

The Wilson Cocktails & Seafood is located at 225 Celebration Place in Celebration, and is the hotel’s signature restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with happy hour and weekend brunch to follow.

The Wilson Cocktails & Seafood features a menu of coastal cuisine with global influences and seasonally inspired cocktails.

According to their press release, this quirky, unconventional seaside-inspired bistro is a great spot for a lively happy hour with colleagues, an easy-going brunch with friends, or a relaxing dinner after a long day of hitting the Orlando-area theme parks.
